Zentality was formed to help these customers realize the compelling benefits of changes in how voice and data services can be delivered – and deploy new services that are made available every year. All without sacrificing the quality or reliability they’re right to expect. Without creating unreasonable complexity that makes it impossible for them to understand what they’re buying. Without making them grimace when they receive an invoice.
Some might say that makes us customer-focused. We think that’s an over-used phrase, and, at the end of the day, it’s just words. In the communications industry, there are plenty of words floating around that are untethered to reality, and we’d rather not add to that mix.
